Whether you are completely new to meditation, or are an experienced practitioner looking to refresh and enhance your practice, our sessions are designed provide an open, inclusive setting in which you can learn, share reflections and insights, and relax and unwind.

Introduction to Mindfulness – Six-Week Course Tuesday 21st Feb – 14th March 2017
This term the usual six-week course is condensed into four weeks, same amount of hours! The course introduces the fundamentals of mindfulness, a proven tool that supports mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. For four weeks, we will explore how we can apply mindfulness simply and effectively in our daily lives. Each week will focus on a different aspect of mindfulness and meditation, equipping participants with practical skills for an effective personal practice.

Mindful Families Workshop

This popular workshop for families is specially designed to bring better connectedness and mindful living practices to your home. Mindful Families is designed to equip families with a practical tool box of ideas designed to cultivate gratitude and a more mindful and happy family life. This fun, creative workshop will include some drama games, art and simple meditation techniques that you can do together. The perfect Christmas present for the whole family. Special December edition will include an introduction to mindful eating!
